Cod and Capers Seafood is proud to say that we currently provide fresh seafood to many of the clubs, hotels and restaurants between Miami and Vero Beach. Some of the finest dining establishments in the state are amoung our customers.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Cod and Capers is the only seafood facility in Palm Beach County that is voluntarily inspected by the United States Department of Commerce. We have participated in their voluntary inspection program since 1992. We pay to be in this program as an extra measure to ensure the safety and quality of the fine products we offer.

WHERE IT COMES FROM

We have seafood suppliers all over the world and can access nearly anything within just a few days. Because we process our own product, we are able to accommodate specil requests and custom orders while still offering competitive prices.

HOW IT GETS TO YOU

The Cod and Capers "fleet" consists of 9 refrigerated trucks. We proudly make daily deliveries from Vero Beach to Miami. Our hours of operation for our Wholesale department are 5:00 AM TO 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday and 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Our delivery schedule to our Wholesale customers is Monday thru Saturday. You may call your order in on our answering machine anytime after 6:00 PM every day, for the next day's delivery. If same day delivery is needed we need your order tentatively by 8:00 AM that day. Of course we offer pick-up service here at our location 6 days a week, but we ask you to please call first and place your order.
